Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Step by step instructions for returns

1. Register the return

In order to ensure fast and smooth processing, we ask you to register your return in advance by email, stating the reason for the return, your customer number and your order number. Email us at

Please pack the item(s) carefully.

3. Send the package

You bear the costs of the return. Please include a delivery note in the package and pad the package sufficiently. Address your package to:

4. Refunds

After we have received and processed your package, you will receive the money from your returned item back to the payment method you originally used.

Should a return arrive late, we will decide on a case-by-case basis whether the return will be rejected or accepted out of goodwill. However, in order to avoid a rejection of the return, we recommend that you have completed the return process within 30 days of the parcel being delivered to your delivery address.
