How much does it cost to ship my order?

Lifetones Europe has flat rate shipping prices for locations in the EU. DHL is our official shipping carrier partner to ensure the quality and timely shipping of your orders. You will see the shipping costs below based on your location and the quantity of the products ordered.

Germany over 40€: Free
Switzerland: 20.00 €
Austria up to 70€: 5 €
Austria over 70€: Free
France: 9 €
Spain: 11€

How long will it take for items I have ordered to reach me?

Thanks to our partnership with DHL, Lifetones Europe has very fast shipment times. Unless otherwise indicated, the delivery time is generally 3-4 working days in Germany and surrounding countries and up to 16 working days abroad, if offered. The period for the specified delivery time begins one day after the conclusion of the sale and payment. If you have received a request for payment before or at the same time, the period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or the selected payment service provider.

Where is the package with my order currently located?

In order to have full control over your ordered goods at all times, you can track the dispatched package using a tracking code. The current status of your parcel can be called up at any time. You will receive the tracking code or a direct link to DHL shipment tracking together with the shipping confirmation that will be sent via email. You can also find the status in your account section on the Lifetones Europe Shop. Where did my ordered goods go?

Despite our state-of-the-art customer management and logistics systems, there can in very rare cases be a problem with a shipment. If you have not received a shipping confirmation message, your shipment tracking shows incomprehensible status displays or you have still not received any goods from Lifetone Europe a few days after the communicated delivery date, you can contact the Lifetones Europe customer service via shipping@lifetones.shop. Our competent service staff will be happy to help you with your shipment query.

Please note:
Before doing this, you should make sure that the parcel has not been handed over to your neighbours or that you already have a DHL shipping card in your mailbox. Sometimes the postman did not find anyone at your home. In this case, you will usually receive a delivery card from DHL in your mailbox. In some residential areas, however, DHL will also hand over the ordered goods to your neighbours. In addition to this, you can check whether your payment has been correctly processed and has been transferred from your bank account to the Lifetones Europe account details given. If you still cannot find any errors, Lifetones Europe customer service is available to assist you with commitment and proficiency.
